I wouldn't take that car back to them. at this point it sounds like you're going to be spending some $$ out of pocket to repair the car. do some research and save yourself some frustration and time. once the car is running properly this will become a distant memory.

You’ve been very patient. I’d take the car elsewhere to get fixed, get a Lund tune and enjoy life.

I’d also go to war with these guys, reviews on google, yelp , BBB, etc. Mistakes can happen but the lack of communication and ownership is ridiculous.

I order all my parts through [MENTION=10926]beefcake[/MENTION]. Best customer service you can get. Hands down. If they don’t answer the phone, they will still call you back ASAP. I would go with Lund for your tune next time or if you want local I hear Liddio at alternative auto is the man. I know a bunch of people here in the D that have his tune.

Everything’s peachy when it’s going fine. You find out a companies true colours when things aren’t so great. Based on the lack of response from Livernois, I wouldn’t want them involved in my car either.

Just to be clear. I started this thread to get advice and not to hurt LMS. I do want to be truthful and get this solved. Several members have given me good advice and some recommendations via PMs.

I hope LMS can do this right. If so, I will give positive feedback about that as well. But, I want the car fixed correctly, fairly, quickly. I will admit their lackluster attitude is irritating...
