Has anyone had to replace a 2021 Mach 1 windshield? The headliner looks like it was partially removed, and now it is hanging down. Just want to know the process to determine if the replacement company is at fault.

The windshields I've seen replaced were done from the outside. Headliner wasn't involved.

Same here. Outside was the only side the glass guy needed to access. Now that does not mean there is not some unusual requirement to access the interior on your vehicle, but I doubt it.

Only reason to access the interior would be to align the lane keeping camera. Had mine done at 8K miles.

Thanks. Is there a seal or gasket along the edge of the head liner and the windshield? I don't remember one but it is definitely pulled away from the hood. 1 of a few issues. The also got the new sealant inside the sensor.

The rear-view mirror etc. has to come off so yes they could have done it.
