My two windows, driver side and passenger have a gap at the top back corner, they’re at the edge of the door seal and the windows can be pushed in manually to “fix” them.

How do I fix this?

Do they automatically drop down a tad when you open the doors? If not, they probably need to be reprogrammed.

Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery.

They do drop down; I meant the window isn’t flush with the trim, and has a gap at the corner. If you’re in the car and look towards the back of the window, you’ll see a hole. Kind of like the window is being peeled back.

Pictures might help us understand what you have going on.
Off hand it could be a number of things. A misaligned door, a problem with the window track, a weatherstripping problem, etc.
Just guessing here without at least a few photos.

Looks like the internal window stops need to be adjusted. The rear stop appears to be too high. Any body shop can do this for you and re-set the position sensors.

Question though, the rear and front stops just adjust how high and low the window is; but this problem is where the window is coming out, it's not vertical or horizontal; but forward and backward.

If the rear stopper is dropped a small amount it will even up that gap at the rear of the glass. There is probably a little adjustment in the vertical tracks too.

I am having similar problems after I got my window replaced. Did you end up getting it right? Did anything specific help you fix the issue?
