Hi everyone!
Issue with the windows. When I press the button “top down, rear windows going down, but front are not moving.
when I press “top up”, the roof is closing but the windows are not moving (rear also are not going up)
Global open is not working from the fob (tried to enable and disable on the cluster)

what to do? Bought a car with this issue, but I know, that it should open all windows, when I press “top down”

Do they work with the door switch? On my 2021 mine go down automatically when when top is lowered but not when I raise the top! I have to do it myself with the door switch!!

I believe that if you read your manual which is online, if you don’t have the manual ! You will find that there is no problem! I am so happy for you enjoy your car I’m sure it is a great car !!!!!

When you unlatch the roof and lower the roof, all windows should go down. However, when you raise the roof, the windows will stay down. You must latch the roof before raising the windows using the switches on the door.

Sometimes my rear windows struggle to close all the way. If that happens, I will latch then unlatch the roof thinking that it provides a bit more slack for the rear windows to close. Seems to work. Then I latch the roof again.

By holding the unlock button on your key fob, you should be able to lower the windows remotely. I don't think you can remotely close the windows.

As noted, putting the top up is working as it should, i.e., windows do not raise automatically.

If you put the top down, and raise all windows, do all windows drop if you raise the top (they should)? If you get the same result as when putting the top down (backs drop, fronts don’t), my thought would be an issue with whatever module controls the windows when operating the top (BCM?).
