I have a 2020 and when driving over some bumps and such with the windows 3/4 down they rattle/clunk pretty loudly. Both sides are doing it. If I hold the window still with my hands when going over bumps, it's very quiet/normal. My 2019 pony did not do this.

Anyone have any suggestions on things I can try to fix this?

have this problem on my 2019.... think you're gonna have to remove the door panel to find the issue which ironically is probably how I got the problem in the first place...

With the window up and also with it half way down, what does the dew wipe strip look like? Is it pressed firmly against the window when it’s up (and halfway down), or is there separation? This would be the (2) black rubberized strips that press on either side of the glass. If there is a large separation of the rubber from the glass then it’s possible the strips on either side need adjustment.

The only other thing I can think of is the track assembly that retains the glass is not secured properly in the door.

The issue should be resolved under the 3/36 since both vehicles above are a 2019 and 2020 (as long as neither has exceeded 36k yet).

Thanks Cobra Jet, I will take a look. The 2019 is no longer with me so I will inquire at some point about the 2020. I just had it in for its first service and was not aware of this issue a few days ago sadly.
