My knowledge in IT and security is not at the level needed for such a massive undertaking and I never inferred as much. I do know enough to know that bots/exploited farms all over the world are constantly probing every IP in the world for vulnerabilities...so saying that specific countries are trying to hack specific countries is truly almost impossible to know for sure. VPNs make it even more fun.

We can't with 100% certainty tell who is orchestrating attacks in every instance, however, based off attack sophistication, trade marks, reserve engineering; and other tricks we can identify nation states and threats reliably.

I could go way into the weeds on logs, networking, and how layered security works along with items used but it would really be far too much work and somethings without knowledge would make no sense. The muller report already has most of the data and how the intelligence community came to an agreement, some of the data is redacted for obvious reasons.

Thats why we go off of the mean of the data. Citing objective data vs subjective opinions is two entirely different ways to try an justify ones statements. I can not refute that democrats have tried to win the election in less than ethical ways, however, we can say the same for Republicans. The fact that anyone trying to argue their point with memes, biased opinions, and spelling Obama incorrectly is very telling of what they believe and it certainly doesn't matter if it is true or not, as long as, it coincides with what they want to believe.
