Just curious, anyone use those wholesale club gas? Here in CA we have Sams and Costco. I'm a member at Sams but I have not used there gas on my car. I am tempted to fill up with their gas but I still have my reservations.

Costco has top tier gas here. I ran 93 ethanol, it was always great.
I'll stick it back in there come spring next year.

Most Costco stuff is top tier. I just wish they had e85.

I use Costco here. No 93 though.

I fill up at Safeway all the time and have been doing it for the past 10 years in all of my cars. Even diesel. Most of the gas is the same anyways unless it's Chevron or Shell because they add extra shit in right? I've never had an issue with any of our older cars or newer cars.

Fortunately for me, Exxon recently moved back into the bay area, and their prices are pretty much at Costco prices without the Costco line. Still haven't tried Costco gas in it yet. Every time I take it out, it costs me about $20 for jaunts.

I have a Sams right down the street and I like them because I've never had an issue with their gas, They have 93! and it's so busy the fuel never sits in the tanks. Sometimes they run out. You can hardly go there and not have to wait for a car or 2... And there's a station a couple miles down the road that sells Race Gas that's not Leaded I think it's 100 but I'll check for sure before I put it in. I ran it in my '15 GT and it loved it! It seems to wake the GS up as well. Only 5 gal or so on top of the 93.

If you look hard enough, you see $ shaped smoke coming out the tail pipes

Sam's works just fine. To be honest I can not recall a time when who's gas I put in the tank made a difference in how any of my cars ran. Old gas (> 6 months) in small engines does, but in cars, no.
