Strange. They can only charge and publicize AVERAGE speed while clocking from aircraft.....

To get a 169mph average, It would be insane.....

i grew up in this area... i got pulled over 1 time doing 90 in a 35... idk why..but he let me go w/warning... years later, i think i know why now... ugh

It's $540.00 if the Judge goes easy on you. If they are displeased, well they can knock it up to an even $1,000.00.

In Canada that is an automatic impound and court date for "Stunt Driving / Street Racing" plus whatever else the officer wants to tack on.

- Unsafe operation of a motor vehicle
- Wreckless Driving
- Wreckless Endangerment

And on and on and on......

Doubling the limit is a no-no here. Most folks street race up to 5km below the limit and then throttle back.
