2) There apears to be a new breed of insecure asshat that just seethes at the notion that someone imply they or their car are special, and have made it their personal mission to prove to you that you or your car are not special by not allowing you to park seperately from the herd.

Today I parked a little closer to the white line. little by little I will get him into one single spot.

Obviously he cares for his vehicle and others or he wouldn't give you so much room, otherwise he would just park as close as he could. Don't make an ass out of yourself and confront him, if you do, just thank him. I would just park within the lines like your supposed to and go about your day and just be content in the knowledge that there is a car parked next to you that will keep the asshats away from your car.

Well this all started because he parked halfway into my spot when I rode my motorcycle in. That I'd why I started parking my motorcycle close to the white line.

Im not mad at the guy, I just think it's funny he would bother to park like this instead of just taking the empty space one spot over, but you guys are right, he is the one looking like an ass, ad I'm the one who doesn't have to worry about door dings so it's a win for me.

Could be ... but most people can't park for shit anyway. I got a big ass tv screen in my office with camera views all around and the way ppl park amazes me. Some park like halfway in a spot.
