White Madness Garage Issues?

Saw some forum members who've ordered from this place, so I put in a non-custom order for a shift knob.

Got the order confirmation, but its been over a week and there's been no follow up. The site says most orders ship out in 2 days.

Has anyone had any issues with his vendor? I've tried all their socials, email, and phone. Nothing.

I got a custom knob from them a few years back. I don't remember having any issues.

I had no issue with delivery, though it did take a few days to receive, even though I live about 100 miles from their store address.

I have ordered from them somewhat recently; I believe it’s a side gig small business and the guy has a regular job. In my experience he shipped a little later than expected but I got everything and am happy with it. I’d just be patient. The owner should probably update that ships within 2 days stuff. I’ve also noticed that getting stuff shipped from the southern states out west was a longer than expected wait for me in the last year or so.

Your shift knob will probably be there within a week or two. I get the frustration though, happened to me, ordered a stock part, overnight shipping, then radio silence for 3 weeks.
Looking back through email traffic, I emailed WMG back in Feb, got a response within 2 days.

My order with White Madness is going on nearly 12 weeks now. I emailed them every 2 weeks or so for status and get a response like 2 days later. he always says that he's working on it. One time he said the engraving didn't come out good and he was going to redo the knob. Then he said he was applying the last coat of clear and it would be shipped out on Monday, that was a week ago today. Now I can appreciate the fact that he's focused on quality. But, I'm sorry the customer service that I'm receiving is just plain bad. If the dude is having issues completing orders then he should reach out to his customers and let them know that. I can be understanding and patient but still waiting for over 12 weeks and paying $209 for a custom shifter and not seeing it in my hand is frustrating.

To add insult to injury the seller has done nothing about it until I poke him in the ribs and then acts like he doesn’t give a shit. Even when I call Ford Performance its like whatever!
Ten months and $1900.00!

Yeah, I can feel your pain. Maybe call the credit card company up and see if they can stop the payment. $1900 bucks and nothing in your hands after 10 months, sounds like small claims court to me. Who did you order from?

I have not revealed the name of the vendor, but they are large and well known. FP has told them and myself that they would be shipping the kits on the 31st. Since I am in it this far I am going to wait it out. But, I certainly will carefully consider ever doing business with them again.
