I have a 2020 mustang gt just installed whipple stage 2 myself. Having a few check engine lights.
Read with nguage
P0325
P032a
P0330
P033a
Then Blacked out
P0325
P032a
P0330
P033a

first time I got them, I did a crank relearn and took a 45 min drive they stayed off. Thought I solved it. Turned car off and back on like 45min later And they came back. Cleared then with nguage and 45min drive and they stayed off car ran great. Car off and back on and they are back. Any ideas?? I have logs from nguage of driving with no codes Will those helps? Any help is appreciated

Looks like knock sensor stuff.

https://www.fordobdcode.com/p0325-ford

A code P0325 most likely means one or more of the following has happened: The knock sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced There is a wiring short/fault in the knock sensor circuit
Solutions Check the resistance of the knock sensor (compare it to factory specs) Check for broken/frayed wires leading to the sensor Replace the knock sensor

Yeah it’s all knock sensor stuff . When I clear them car runs great. I wanted some insight before I pull blower off and check knock sensors and whatnot

You did tweak out the sensor positions and re-routed the harness? Could have pinched something maybe. Looks like you have to pull the blower and check the sensors.

I didn’t touch the sensors, per instructions they didn’t mention anything about them. Any idea why I can clear them and they don’t come back on or effect driving til I turn it off and start again?

I’m not sure about gen 5 instructions, but I just installed a gen 4 system on my 2017 and I had to cut/separate the knock sensors and point them closer to the block. If you didn’t do this, that’s likely your problem. The codes probably clear and come back due to tolerances for knock(?), idk about that though.

I see a blower pull and sensor replacement in your future. Methinks you have crushed them and/or the wire harness.

2018 with gen 5 you don’t have to touch the knock sensor wires at all I really don’t even think it would be possible to punch something

Knock sensor codes will only reset after a key cycle after the codes have cleared , sounds like a wiring issue .

It stays off for one full trip and doesn’t come back on until after you start it again because it is a two trip code. If it does not get correct data for two starting/warm up cycles then it goes into limp mode. A lot of emissions sensors are the same way
