I have the high flow IC pump and 170* tstat. Just seeing what everyone's opinion on adding fans or upgrading the stockers
Excellent. My vote is to go with the DUal fan as it was designed by Whipple.

Those cheap fans, actually block air at high speed.

I went with the Whipple dual fans, mainly because I try to stay consistent and brand loyal in areas that I can. However, I also purchased them when I bought the kit. So it was a discounted price. There are many options out there at a much lower cost. Just depends what your own personal thought process is on the matter. With how often Whipple makes cal updates / upgrades.. ya never know... one in the future might include Whipple fan control :). So I am READY for that shit!! lol

Yeah, I am hoping fan control is next. I'd like them to come on a little sooner haha

I believe Whipples are always on, once the vehicle is running. I would like the option to shut them off at times.

Whipple fans. They come on as soon as PCM sees 200rpm and only shut off when engine does. Unless you install toggle switch like I did that is

It sure is, minus my own "fan control" [emoji39]
I just ran the wires to the interior for a fan switch as well:thumbsup:

You get it all the time, or just when your taking it easy and granny shifting?

Normal driving, shifting around 2,500-2,700. I assume it's normal due to richening but figured I'd ask

Not sure its backfiring, but it does a fuel/spark cut typically during shifts on auto, the manual usually goes advanced on timing and if you have aftermarket exhaust you may get a pop out the exhaust, very standard if so.

Popping would've been a better word, thanks! And yes, that's what I was looking for. Thanks Dustin. My parts came today, btw[emoji106]

DFCO and CFCO, depending on the settings, alter spark and fuel and can make it pop....
