My Kenne Bell is set about 85 percent and has a chirp to it until it gets warm. Laser aligned the pulleys and I figured it's just the nature of the belt material. The fleet belts are quiet but the rpm belt is better for the application.
I agree, it is the belt.

Less than a week old kit started having this chrip on startup. Goes away after a while. Guy on Facebook says it’s a bad belt?!? Normal or something to be concerned about?

I just noticed this exact noise on my setup this morning. My setup has just about 1k miles on it. Noise went away after about 2 or 3 minutes.

Need to inspect idler stands and alignment. Go back through the instructions and loosen the SC from idler plate and manifold, allow it to move forward and cinch it back up. Our website has the idler stand installation instructions, download and review.
