Everyone will have an opinion. Basically, shop for quality construction. The biggest difference is the sound/tone, whatever you want to call it.
Take your time. Go to events, and talk to owners. Ask what they have, and listen to their cars to find out what you like. No opinion other than yours matters.
IMO, the H pipe keeps more of the stock sound/tone whereas the X pipe lets more of the natural raspiness of the coyote come through. I like them both, I have an H pipe on my GT. Will sound a little different on a Bullitt since the stock mufflers are different than a GT.
There’s good videos on YouTube although it’s hard to get a true sense tone/volume on YouTube. Good suggestion above, try to find folks that have both setups and hear them for yourself. We all have different tastes. Quality materials and construction can make a difference too. Steeda, Borla, Roush are all good construction and use 304 stainless
