Where to put mini resonators. Does it matter?

There with you. I had a similar issue with my Gibson catback and I did pretty much the same thing.

Don't think putting those resonators before the x is a good idea,, JMO.

This is where I would consider those similar to mikeypee, after x right before mufflers. These are 3" in and out 12" long.

18” and still plenty of room behind the x for connector pipes. Made a HUGE difference in resonance.

I've considered doing this to my setup but I haven't gotten around to it. Probably go with the 12" since I'm not looking to make it too quiet.

I've considered doing this to my setup but I haven't gotten around to it. Probably go with the 12" since I'm not looking to make it too quiet.
They really don't do too much for reducing decibels, its more for reducing rasp and drone. That's why the muffler shop questioned my reason for putting them on. They thought I wanted to make the Roush's quieter.

Yeah, I would be happy with that. It's not like mine is super raspy because I have cats, but it's certainly there more when the engine is cold. Those resonators would be a nice refinement to the sound.

I did the vibrant 12" behind the H. In hindsight I wish I would've gone the 18".
