Where does everyone get their GT350 Manifold Items?

Looking to upgrade to a GT350 manifold and I'm having trouble finding the best place for the parts. Levvittown seems to have the cheapest manifold, but I can't figure out who has the cheapest adapter for the stock throttle body. I also am unsure if I need to buy extra hoses or whatnot, as I've seen different information in different install threads. Could somebody help me out before I tackle this?

I bought the installation kit from JDM and you can get the throttle body adapter from numerous places.. I believe I bought my MMR one from LMR.

Really that was all I needed.

I was tuned by Lund with the ngauge, if I could do it all again I would have used Palm Beach Dyno.
