I've seen 2 on the road in the last year. I'll see a GT500 at least once a week during the summer months, but after years of production on those cars that's to be expected.

I do agree that most will end up being garage queens, at least with their original owners. Same was true of the GT500 cars. I was the exception though, my GT500s were daily drivers (all were purchased new), and my GT350 will be as well.

I was reading a post on a corvette forum today made by someone who traded his GT350 in on a 2016 Vette. Said he was tired of seeing so many other Mustangs on the road. Kind of unfortunate to look at it that way because I highly doubt he was seeing a lot of other GT350s on the road. Well, maybe he had other reasons too.

Honestly I haven't even seen very many GT's. I took the 90 most of the way before picking up the 80 and then 74 tomorrow. The further east I've gotten the more come out however, I have been driving through some desolate areas.

Pulled up next to one at a stoplight a few weeks ago...a 2016 in competition orange. I was shocked. Have not seen one since. I drive mine pretty much every day.

They are pretty rare to see. While we are all tuned in here about shelbys ...they are rarely seen on the streets outside of car shows. While there maybe 5,000 gt350s built I don't think I will see one on the road...50 states...countless counties...more cities and more towns. The r is crazy rare and I doubt I will see another gt350 driving around.

Currently... even the Focus RS is seldom seen. I have not seen one in the wild yet- on roads & highways. The only other one I know of locally in the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood area is my friend's. He recently took delivery of his Nitrous Blue RS. I daily drive my RS and it also gets looks & thumbs up on a daily basis. Even from guys with Subbies and VW's.... :)

I have seen one white 350 locally once, There was a magnetic Tech that was sitting in the showroom here. For....$82,000! I was standing next to it while I bought mine over the phone from a dealer in Texas for $62.000. I later saw it at the body shop with the spletter/ bottom of the bumper torn off. The story is he's storing that one.

Other than that There's Bossing and his buddy's At PBIR. We have a Blast!

8000mi and five track days on my 350.

The same dealer has a OW '17 in the showroom now ... $82,000!

So, I am currently on a cross country drive from Seattle to New York to pick up my Shelby (also stopping for business along the way). I made it all the way to Davenport, Iowa and have only seen 1 so far!! A white with blue stripes Des Moines. Kept an eye out and that the only one. Perfect weather so far. Come on guys get those rides out.
I live by Des Moines and have never seen the white with blue stripes out and about. I seen it at the dealer tho. Safe travels!

Ive only seen one out and about, not at a show. I had to look twice because it didnt have stripes.

Have only seen 1 other I'm my area, but with my hours at work mine spends a lot of time in garage also. Way too many deer running around at night on my route.

Agree 100%. I have owned several Corvettes, with my last being a Z06. Once I switched to Vettes, I thought I'd never buy another mustang. Until Ford showed me what they could do with the GT350. Now I don't see myself going back.

I think what a lot of the Corvette guys say is that there are a ton of mustangs out there in general, IE ecoboosts and such that are being driven by high school kids.. and they look a lot like the GT's and GT350's to the untrained eye, hence they "don't get attention" where the Corvettes do. And I used to totally agree that there were too many mustangs out there with all the cheaper models they make.

But the bottom line- I'm buying the GT350 purely for the driving experience. I think the GT350 looks amazing also (it's what initially got me interested) and after I found out how track capable it was.. and drove one.. I was hooked bad.
