Harry come on man. Are you totally overlooking the posts that I respond to? I actually have gone back and looked at my post history before and I suggest you do the same. All my "negative" posts (in your opinion) are only in response to the initial negative posts from forum members whom you seem to overlook for some reason. Take this one you're referencing for example. I haven't made a single comment on this thread until jcartwright734 made his ZL1 comment. And I've already expressed interest in the GT500. Whether it can beat a ZL1 or not is yet to be seen, so me stating that is true. Also, it's no breaking news to anyone on this forum that Ford has had quality issues as of late and definitely across the S550 specifically. My Ford ties may not be as strong as yours, but I gave the company a decade of my time as a worker and customer. And being a person I've talked to and respect, I wish you could see that my objectiveness doesn't equate to bias, hate, or trolling.
Take no offense to my comments, as they were not directed at you. They may apply to you though. I was more referring people who can’t accept the high probability the GT 500 will outperform the ZL1 ( base vs base, carbon track vs 1LE). I mean we know unofficially.

These folks can’t fathom that the “old, overweight, floppy” platform could hold a candle to the ZL1 and it’s far superior technology. So they make up lies and start rumors. The scary thing is they start to believe the lies they create and pass these things off as truth. (The GT500 is unsafe due to its top speed limit).

Well now that it looks next to inevitable that the ZL1 will get knocked off the mountain. They’ve clung hold to the C8 hype trying to move the goal post to deflect anything positive about the GT500. I hope that’s not you.

Edited to add:

You will NEVER stop C8 vs GT500 Comparisons from here forward. Period.

When Ford pushes the GT500 into territory that is ABOVE GMs halo car entry price it simply cannot be avoided.

Mid engine vs Front engine 2 seat vs 4 seat be damned what does matter is the comparitive price!

So stop whining about people bringing up the C8 and maybe take a hard look at why is the Mustang really worth approaching 6 figures?!!!!!

Youve subtly aimed posts at me in the past so when you make ignorant posts like this Ill be your huckleberry......... LOL

Marcus, totally understood and appreciate all of your comments and hope that we can agree to disagree despite our differences of opinion.:)

At the end of the day I really wish that you will eventually make a move back to the Blue Oval side of the fence and suggest that you will be very happy that you did!

Huckleberry "Huck" Finn is a fictional character in the books The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.

Colloquially, I believe it also means "knucklehead." :-)
It actually means "I'll be on your side, or your advocate or friend." And its history goes back to mythical King Arthur legends from English literature. The phrase was used in the movie "Tombstone" by Doc Holiday and was popular in the 19th century as a way of saying I'm your friend, or I'll stand with you.
