I have the "R-spec" 6GR wheels with the OEM super sports for daily use. They're lighter than factory wheels and look great. The factory tires look pretty stretched, so I'll go with wider tires when I wear them out.

Do you know the exact weight difference of the wheels only? (OEM vs 6GR)

Sorry, nope. I bought the car used and it already had the 6GR setup. I also neglected to weigh the stock wheels before I mounted up my track tires...

I would advise against ordering the Black lugs from N4S. I was sent them inadvertently, and installed them while I awaited the chrome ones I ordered. Upon removal, the black "coating" scratched off in several places on all lugs. It looks like they are just cheaply painted chrome ones.
Where did you order different lugs from ? I would like black, not chromed...
Mine did not scratched too bad... but I am anal and did not let anyone touch my wheels :)

Thanks for any info

I ordered chrome from N4S with my wheel order, but they shipped me Black. I used the Black until the Chrome I ordered arrived. When I swapped out the Black, the finish was all scratched up where the socket made contact. Underneath the Black finish, which looks like paint, the lugs are Chrome.

If you do a search, others here have been ordering from McGuard, or something like that. I think I might look into that too, because the N4S lugs look great on the rears, but are completely buried within the wheels on the front and are not visible at all. The front lugs would have to be ~1 inch longer in order to match the rear.

So the 6GR's just basically take a different style lug, but nothing cosmic or goofy about them? Seem I recall pics of these with the lugs completely recessed in the front and protruding in the rear? That's not an issue? Just an aesthetic result of the wheel design?

They do protrude from the rear and are recessed in front. I went with long Dorman chrome acorns in the front and short ones in the rear. You can only see the difference if you really look hard.
