Hey Deyon, Florida decided to go full stupid and drop to -4 C so if you're feeling generous how bout you send us about 10 C as a fair trade?

Having been there (Florida) multiple times, and at different times of the year, I'm really struggling with the concept of imagining me there in anything more than sandals (or crocs lol), T shirt and shorts ...

I struggled with the concept of having to wear a jacket in December, but that was only because I was getting married, and I still managed to pair it with shorts and Birkenstock ...

2018 Audi Q3 and 2023 Lexus IS500 of 2 friends.

The Audi paint was in really bad shape. I used DIY compound followed by DIY spray polish. After that I used ADS ceramic sealant and ADS Amplify.

For the Lexus I used Sonax perfect finish with a yellow pad. Car only has 6K and the paint was in great condition. ADS ceramic coating and Trim+.

Used ADS Ghost on both cars.

Thoughts/opinions on the DIY Detail compound and spray polish?

@MAGS1 so I still consider myself an amateur doing paint correction. I've done a few cars but nothing in the condition that the Audi was.

I tried Sonax Cutmax with a microfiber pad and then the DIY compound w/microfiber. Both did a great job and at the end went with the DIY only because I didnt have to wipe off the compound before going to the spray polish.

So I did 1 pass with the DIY compound/microfiber and right away yellow polish pad with spray polish. Removal was like butter. Super easy.

I would say the paint was improved around 60%.

I love love love that Lexus V8, one of the best sounding engines ever made and so totally un-Lexus like.
