Ceramic Leather. My Mustang will be outside most of the times so I didn't want a hot interior. Also I never had a car with a non-black interior

If they would have offered Ceramic with Triple Yellow, I'd have taken that option. Since my choices were typical Ford, Black -or- Black, I chose Black, but added the 50th Package for something cool/extra.

Ordered the 50th Anniversary package for the grill and gascap; still unclear on what the difference in color is between "raven" and "ebony."

Proudly went with Ceramic(nice complement to guard, should be a unique int/ext combo), Cloth(didn't need or want leather and all the other premium bells and whistles)

Ceramic would've looked good 3yellow, can't imagine what their problem is. It'll go with anything, it's completely neutral.

I've seen all the interiors in person except the redline, and let me tell you, the ceramic one adds a real look of class. I'd recommend ruby red, oxford white or deep impact blue with ceramic (even guard looks really nice as well).
