If you don't blast through half a tank in a day, did you really even drive it? šŸ¤”
when most of my commute is motorway miles and the rest is built up areas there isn't a lot of scope for fun running, not a lot but some. Weather gets better then i might go do some proper runs with it

Iā€™ve never liked the chrome toggle switches, 5Spurs make black covers at Ā£70 plus so decided to try and tone them down myself.
Sticky backed suede and Iā€™m pleased with them for a 1st attempt, they feel so much nicer to use as a bonus :)

New rubber, taking this opportunity to re-coat the wheels, looking forward to trying them :)

Great choice. šŸ˜ I've been loving them on the car so far - I switched from the Bridgestone Potenza Sport. Time will tell how they wear though.

was 16degC air temperature yesterday so I sent it in 2nd gear and through some of 3rd. Surprisingly held on traction wise with little squirming until the road itself got a bit undulating and then i backed it off. Summer is coming (hopefully) :sunglasses: :sun::sun:
We're supposed to get some 20C days this week down here, I'm going to be doing pulls all week. I'm going to spray paint my microphone Grabber Blue to make it less conspicuous hanging out of the boot. Then I'll shoot more driving videos.

Most of the curves are roundabouts. I will probably drive 4 weekdays this week. Tomorrow, I am attending this event:

Concours on Savile Row

Busy week for me

Aside from new water pump, coolant, rear calipers, pads and brake fluid. I took a tip from WD Pro's build thread and gave my stainless exhaust tips a brushed appearance using some Spontex scrubbing pads.

They look great ! :sunglasses:

Surprisingly easy to keep on top of too doing quick touch ups using the same method and a little blob of the original T-Cut (the really stinky one in the red bottle) :like:

WD :like:

I'll keep that in mind when the dirt builds up and carbon builds up around the inner lip , much better than the chromed look tbf, I'm glad they turned out well because it would be a pain to polish them back up again lol.
