I did not weight it. But according to the site like 30lbs. As for noise. I hear nothing more than I did before. Itās very clean looking and Iām glad I installed it. Wasnāt too bad at all. Also, if your a gun guy n have any velcro patches. They stick right to it. Just tried it. Haha. Got ya!!!That's the best I've seen. May I ask if you weighed both? Curious if there was any weight savings. And how about cabin noise? Is it noisier now, or about the same? And does it latch at the bottom, where the stock seat latches? I can see that there are latches at the top, but curious about the bottom. I will never carry passengers, so something flat looks more useful. And you could always fill the empty holes below the lower flat part with sound absorbing material, if needed, I guess. Thanks man.
