I had hail damage, I didn't even see it on the chrome trim, they showed me one or two small baby bumps, I was like... yeah.. not replacing it, til they said insurance does it all for me, I said DONE. I don't even care, replace the whole car. as long as I don't have to pay anything.
Ohhhh, ok got it - sorry to hear of the hail damages. If the shop doing the PDR work is really good, you're not even going to be able to tell that happened. Some of those PDR guys do fantastic work.

When you go to get the car, look at the car under good garage lighting at the shop before leaving. Daylight is good, but sometimes you can see more flaws to a vehicle body under indoor light. That way if there is any issues, you won't have to take it back and can decline it there on the spot for any "redo" if you're not satisfied.

Interesting, but I'm not sure how that's even possible. Even if the cap (which threads very tightly and has an o-ring) were to come off, it still doesn't open the valve. The mechanism is really clever.
Yea, I'm not sure how it's occurring either, but wanted to pass it along as I'm not sure how many sub-forums folks peruse on here.

The only thing I can think of is that the VooDoo has more RPM vibes when in operation than the 5.0... or the cap on those discussed vehicles just wasn't being installed 100% secure.

My battery has gone dead dead twice 1 month apart. Toke to my dealer and said no replacement needed after taking three hours to charge. Said it was holding charge for like 1 hour.
Going to NAPA tomorrow and buy new battery. No way is that battery ever going to be trustworthy again after being cycled completely dead twice.

That’s the same brand I have. Mine is the magnetic holder with two tabs that lock into the slots in the vent opening. It also has clear round stick-on bumper pads in three spots that help it to maintain a tight fit. It suddenly loosened up on me during a long drive while I was running the AC and now it just wiggles in the slot. Maybe I need to replace the bumper pads to get it to fit tight again.

Installed Corsa cat-back (finally) and added active exhaust functionality to my 2019 GT. Was going to do it in my dirt drive but Mother Nature had other plans. My boss came to my rescue and let me use his garage.

I spent and hour and a half detailing it in the garage today since it's been raining since Thursday.
Absolutely terrible weather. Hopefully Monday clears up.
