looking for a cover for mine for winter storage. Are the Ford factory covers the way to go?My service advisor Brigette, called me this morning asking if I wanted a new car cover ?
I asked what she wanted ,nada , she said.
Folsom lake ford
also had a gt500 in the showroom with more finger prints on it than I thought possible .
I'm very happy with the fitment of mine. Not sure about any aftermarket oneslooking for a cover for mine for winter storage. Are the Ford factory covers the way to go?

decided to take the pic after the fact- foamthat is not foam... THIS is foam:
so funny I was just texting a few buddies of mine.... unfortunately the material ford manufactured is abrasive to the clear coat.... I put mine on today and no matter how clean the car is, just hearing the sound of it sliding against the paint was disturbing.... I had a California car cover back in the day and that was more of a cotton feel opposed to the oem cover which has more of a car pool cover feel.... I hope this answers your Q.... me personally I put it on out of curiosity and it will do for now (waiting on my garage door to come in) but after I take this cover off it won’t be going back on that’s for sure.... fitment however is excellent -looking for a cover for mine for winter storage. I'm not happy with it. Feels too rough for my taste. I ordered a cover craft fleece lined one for indoor coverlooking for a cover for mine for winter storage. Are the Ford factory covers the way to go?
