pre-orders in Australia show a similar preference with 23 per cent of buyers opting for red and 15 per cent for black.

Ford Australia says it has had around 20,000 expressions of interest and nearly 1200 pre-orders for the new Mustang. While red and black are by far the most popular colour choices here, there has been strong interest in Oxford White (10 per cent) and Ruby Red (nine per cent) too.

Deep Impact Blue for me, I'm happy that it doesn't seem to be a very popular colour. It was a hard choice though.
