I've had a car with after market front sensors that has a distance display that they put in the corner of your dash. It only beeps right at the end. That way you can leave it switched on at all times. Pity it looks ugly, otherwise it is a much better solution.

What happens when you stop at traffic and get close to the car in front? I assume it starts beeping? Does that mean you need to switch them off whilst driving and only turn them on whilst parking?

My autolock feature has not been operating. I took my vert into the dealer for its first service and asked them to switch on the autolock. Was told this feature is not available in the verts. Can anyone shed any light on this? Cheers

So was driving along in my auto GT in the rain today in snow/wet mode. Traffic was crawling and a lot of stop starting. The transmission when changing gear shuddered every now and then. This has never happened to me in normal mode. Something tells me snow/wet mode isn't set up for slow driving..
