Wedding present for my fiance!

My fiance's absolute dream car is a Shelby GT350 Mustang. As a wedding day present, I would like to surprise him by renting this car for transportation to/from the venue and taking some pictures in front of it for the photo shoot. Do you all know of any companies/connections that would allow me to rent the car for the day within the Detroit, MI, area? Unfortunately, I am not a car person, so your guidance would be extremely helpful!

Check the Turo app. If you aren’t familiar, it’s an app where people can rent out their personal cars much like a rental car company.

They refuse on the c8. Best I could do was wrangle an hour. But since the gt350 is just another mustang you might get lucky and nobody will know what they are letting out the door.

It'll be tough to find any place that has a GT350 to rent, as it's been out of production for 4 years now. Back in the day, Hertz had them to rent in certain areas of the country.
You might be best off just finding someone local at a cars and coffee, or other car show event. And ask if they'd be willing to come down to the wedding for a photo shoot. You won't get them to allow someone else to drive the car. But having the car be the center of attention at a wedding photo shoot might peak the interest of many, especially if theyre getting paid.

First, you're awesome for thinking of this....Second, use Turo. That would be your best bet to get a GT350 for a day or two. If there's nothing local, try Hertz. They have a few options for a Shelby version (which isn't a GT350, but it has a supercharger and more HP). Good luck! He's a lucky guy for sure!
