I would rather keep this on topic. Not concerned with tires. Thanks. Pros n Cons with Centris.
How is that not on topic? Your original post is complaining about roasting the tires through 3 gears.

With a proper setup centri it still will...

Whatevs. Centri pros lower iat's/less heat soak, easier on rotating assembly, easier install, just all around cooler!

Centri cons hmmmm the ever so slight difference in "torque down low", fmic gives away your secrets. Both a bit of a stretch for cons...

Your opinion on this centrifugal S/C. What I have always heard is power starts to come on late in RPMs and then it is time to shift. A local member told me of a TQ booster that Beefcake has improves this lag. I presently am on a TVS blower with 770/625 that blows the tires off this Mustang 1,2,3 gears because of to much TQ down low in RPMs so with a centrifugal s/c (I have already pulled the PP 3:73 diff gears and gone to 3:31s) this will help? Pros and Cons with this Vortech V-7 JT setup will be appreciated.
Jay Rod. Tires are not the topic. Maybe I should edit it to be more clear. Highlighted the topic. :)

I am open to this as well but Beefcake has stressed how awesome the Vortech V-7 JT is for the $$ I believe Paxton and Vortech are the same company anyway.

Louder gears are for the cool factor only. And guys are telling me you cannot hear them at WOT. Only at idle.

JT is the next step above the paxton.

If you don't care about sound, the paxton is the best deal going

OP: you should edit your first post and take out the FIRST question you asked which was if a centri would help your traction issues, you shot down three guys that directly answered that question. I am unsure if there is any other reason other than traction issues that you are considering changing to a centri? Again, you asked the question, then moved to a very general discussion about centri vs pd blower, which has been hammered, slaughtered, debated, yelled about for months and months (do a search).

So either edit your first post, then delete the entire thread since the centri vs pd blower has been discussed AT LENGTH already, or stick with seeking help on deciding to ditch your pd blower setup and stop shutting people down giving you advice on how to fix that issue, that YOU RAISED.

Turbo. Complete boost control with no pulley changes, just a valve and a computer.

I had the v3 and had the same tire fryer issue. I couldn't imagine the JT would be any less of a problem. Any FI on a coyote will make plenty of power down low and have the same issue. They all build boost quick enough to break loose. I now have a whipple. I learned from my previous mistake and went auto this time. Even with flight control it still spins.

So you think the JT trim hits harder than what I have now?
And thank you sir for the kind words. These local M Series Bimmers have to learn the hard way when they roll up on me. LOL

No, I think will at least get close though. It will still be more linear than what you are rocking now.

LOL. Well I will forget going with the Vortech then. It is damn expensive to pull this TVS hope to sell and get 50% back on what it costs then purchase the Vortech kit and install and hope to be quicker than where I am at now. Those BMW guys are very hard headed. They think their s**t don't stink. Or they love the carmel Korn smell chasing me.
