2018 Lightning Blue Ecoboost AT PP every option.
I installed the item on my 2018 EcoBoost PP AT10 yesterday.
Aside from having to pull out the tabs in the frame and grinding the spacers the install was simple.
Now however the car vibrates like crazy.
The brace seems to be working, I noticed much more responsive steering and tracking; so I can't imagine its installed wrong.
Has anyone experienced this before?
I do have a turbo back MBRP race exhaust, could the increased stiffness have caused the exhaust to transfer more vibration into the chassis? I did not notice the exhaust touching the brace.
Thanks.

Did you cut the lines on the spacers after you got them in place? If you don't, they could be vibrating against parts of the frame. Only thing I can really think of other than maybe not fully torqued down.

I had the same issue, ended up being the aftermarket DP hitting it on acceleration. Adjusting the exhaust took care of it in my case.
I will check that out, I thought that could be it, but that's the least flexy section of the exhaust so I said no.

If available, please give us a call in the a.m. & we'll see what may have taken place. You can ask for Rodney & he will be able to get you squared away.

Best Regards,

I have the same issue. Just installed K brace on my ecoboost mustang and car vibrates under 3k rpm. Feel like something is going to rattle apart. Everything torqued to 55lbs

This is exactly what I was going to say. I bet the exhaust is either touching the new brace or the transmission mount.

Also note that I had a 3" downpipe, so regular downpipe would've cleared without needing any adjustments.
ditto
