Every now and then, not all the time, I will feel a slight vibration in the clutch pedal right as the clutch is starting to engage up to where it is fully engaged, but not when the pedal is completely down and clutch is fully released.

It's a very slight vibration. doesn't seem to be any particular time or driving habit that will make it do it, and clutch is not making noise and seems to be engaging and grabbing fine.

Thoughts ?

Wouldn't worry about it, every car has some kind of vibrations associated with it. Mine vibrates a tiny bit here and there and it's been fine for the 10k miles I've owned it and the previous 17k with the last owner. If you feel like you clutch pedal is trying to give you a foot massage, that's when you need to worry.

I have that and its worse the higher up in rpms during shifts. It's now accompanied by mechanical rattling and a high pitch whine. Just got a CEL for crankshaft position variance. My gut tells me everything leads to either a bad input shaft bearing that now affected the main bearing and causing crankshaft to walk. I took it in with 6000 miles when this first started having symptoms like you described and was told normal characteristics for this platform. Not so normal now.
