When GM Powertrain HQ was in the old Pontiac Motor Division HQ building in Pontiac, I experienced the worst wind tunnel effects I've ever experienced. On a daily basis, because Pontiac as a whole isn't windy at all. Had to be something about the building structure / placement in regards to the normal wind flow. Get about 20 yards beyond the building entrance and all was fine and stable.No doubt. But have you stood on the platform at Quincy? The wind is brutal.
