Observations from another prior Fox Owner of multiple Fox’s:
1) Manual windows on what appears to be a GT. Most GT’s of that era did have power windows. Not sure how or why that one has manual roll up windows.

2) It’s an 87 or 88 and surprisingly looks like it was never converted to Mass Air (no MAF sensor on the CAI tubing). Hard to find one not converted these days - that was usually the most popular mod to grab an A9L and convert to MAF.

3) Check and double check the VIN to be sure that it is a true GT. If you need to verify the VIN locations on a Fox, I posted this factual info years ago on Corral and it applies to ALL 87-93 Mustangs.

4) The car looks really clean from the images. Most notable problem area on the 79-93’s is the base of the front strut towers where it meets the front frame rail. So with hood up, follow the passenger or driver side fender apron down until it meets the frame rail. Check to make sure there is not any cancer (rust or rot through) at that location on each side. It’s an expensive repair if there is rust through.

5) It had the catalytic converter recall completed most likely. That sticker on the fan shroud is where Ford Dealerships were to place the revised emissions warranty label for that repair.

Pics look good. I’m still kind of curious about the manual roll up windows - if that is a genuine GT and not a 4cyl LX or LX 5.0 converted to a GT - then it’s a rare feature for sure.

Run a CarFax on it to be certain there are no major title concerns.

In the condition seen in the pics - $7k-$7.5+ is fair considering it’s hard to find a decent 79-93 Fox that has not been grossly over modded or is not a Body Shop prize....

Have you looked at it in person and driven it? If so, post up some updates.

It's very difficult to find an unmolested fox body now a days and this appears to be nearly untouched. Obviously its hard to tell from pics alone, but this one appears to just need some cosmetic TLC. Parts are widely available for these cars so much so that if you had the money, you could almost build a complete new car from LMR's catalog alone. In fact, there is a cottage industry for the used parts, especially the more rare ones. So I wouldn't worry about the mechanical condition too much. I would be concerned about possible rust as that is where you will spend your money making repairs.

Also, the fox body has been around forever, so there are lots of good resources online. If it has broke, somebody has repaired it and either made a tuturial or Youtube video on it. My Dad and I retored a '90 LX 5.0 and bought the official Ford field manual. It was so cumbersome to use, we instead relied on the various Mustang forums and Youtube videos for help.

If it's solid (rot free) and a real. original GT, I'd buy it in a heartbeat, although I'd see if I could get it for less. Looks clean, just needs a little TLC. The blue is the clincher for me, that was a scarce color back then, almost completely unseen now.

I'd worry about body integrity over mechanical things, as those are easily addressed. Take it from a Minnesotan, you don't want a rust bucket.
