What was the dealer markup on that? They did have the new Ford GT though:ford:
I was over hearing some guy asking the presenter woman about it and she mentioned that Ford hasn't released any pricing but she heard it is supposed to be around $400,000. So if you can find one, double that? What was the dealer markup on that?
I've been in and around the cars, and driven the R twice on track and find it plenty loud. If you can increase performance (lower weight and add power), I'm interested in your product. 'Louder' wouldn't be what I'd optimize for.I'll tell you what I'm upset about... the car is not nearly as loud as it was made out to be in the videos posted online.
That's where we come in with our off road pipes ;)
Stay tuned

Some of the videos online are of the R, which do not have resonators. Could that be where the discrepancy lies? Can't wait to hear the off road pipesI'll tell you what I'm upset about... the car is not nearly as loud as it was made out to be in the videos posted online.

I agree, I have seen and driven the R, it is plenty loud.I've been in and around the cars, and driven the R twice on track and find it plenty loud. If you can increase performance (lower weight and add power), I'm interested in your product. 'Louder' wouldn't be what I'd optimize for.
There of course will be an increase in power, you're getting rid of a restriction in the exhaust.I've been in and around the cars, and driven the R twice on track and find it plenty loud. Kooks already displayed some at sema.Anyone working on long-tube headers yet?
Also, I'd like to hear your thoughts on the vibration dampers attached to the stock exhaust. Will you be doing something similar?
Is a 1 piece driveshaft possible? If so, why didn't they use that instead?I agree, I have seen and driven the R, it is plenty loud.
Every Mustang I ever owned, I swapped out the exhaust.
This one, not even thinking about it.
Other performance parts, maybe 1 piece driveshaft.
hood struts, few other bits, but not changing much.
Based on what I have read it is. But cost prohibitive like theIs a 1 piece driveshaft possible? If so, why didn't they use that instead?
