I ordered my GT Premium on May 23, order shows in Ford on 6/14. I have had a VIN assigned since about 7/11 but nothing other than order processing. The dealer says the car is to be built on 9/22 but the ETIS site shows build date as "30.11.0002" Does anyone know how to makes sense of all this???
The ETIS date you see will stay that way until the car is actually built. At that point it will show your build date. About two weeks later it will show all of the details of your build. At least that is how it worked for me.

This just in
I've never been on a roller coaster due to a car before, but with this one I definitely have. I was down this morning when there were no reviews out, but now I'm up as I'm hoping to get scheduled this week.

That is great news! well, for everyone that has a vin and build date already that is...
Actually, it's good news for anyone that can be potentially scheduled this week. The shortages last week affected scheduling for last week only. Any car that was assigned a VIN and a build date last week had parts to build it. This new report shows that they expect to have enough resources to schedule all existing orders (at the time the report was written).

I would expect that all of this week's dealer allocations and all retail orders (existing at the time of the report) will be scheduled this week.

MikeAZ.. Boy do I hope you're right. Then my order from June will finally get a VIN and maybe move to in production.

I'm a bit confused. Some that reported they received a VIN last week reported Oct 6 build dates which if I count correctly is week 41. This Thursday is to schedule weeks 39 (Sept 22-28) and 40 (Sept 29 - Oct 5).

Were some of last week's scheduled orders place in later weeks due to parts availablility or some sort of common options grouping (paint color, GTPP, etc.)? Just trying to make sense of what appears to be conficts in the reports.
