I've just received a similar email regarding the 1300 Edges and Mustangs shipping at the end of the week. Hopefully all of ours make it on board! Has anyone else's cars been in Zeebrugge since before 22nd May?

Yep mine is one of the cars "hopefully" leaving this Friday the 10th. If it does not then thats 3 weeks at Belgium and 4 weeks sat at docks in USA. I sent an email to the girls this morning, nothing back but will post their reply. I have borrowed a friends car as i'm currently "carlos" :frusty:

The chance is pretty high!

We have a large vessel bringing 1300 vehicles, both Mustang and Edge to the UK at the weekend.

Feel free to confirm your vehicle has been loaded at the end of this week.

So close I can smell the paint, well sort of.

Jeeze, ford must've got a massive batch on that ship... 1300 edges and Mustangs... Well... Does that mean 'Edges' are going to be moving on the same boats as Mustangs? If so we can expect the following:

1) Edges to have delays lololol
2) Mustangs to have delays (Due to supplying the edge demand)
3) Both to have delays
4) Both to move quicker (Ford able to book more spaces on ships, and therefore move quicker)

That's a lot of cars to allocate and transport out of Southampton, I wonder if it will delays delivery times from the port.

I must admit I tend usually to be more Tigger than Eeyore but there's very little bounce left at the moment and I was thinking exactly this myself

I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if they get on the boat on Friday and then sit in Southampton for another three weeks, just to get us all even more frustrated :frusty:
Although I would be than happy to be proved wrong and they get them all out in a week

I finally got my hands on her today and what a car. I thought after seeing hundreds of examples through pictures and on the road I wouldn't get that wow feeling, but boy was I wrong.

Turning up to the dealers and seeing out the front knowing that was my car, MY CAR... It made me feel giddy :love: . I took a couple of pics when I got home, excuse the lighting as it was getting dark. One will have to do for now as I'm too tired to figure out how to put two up.

Another one here who came across on the Fedora. Stacey also confirmed today that 1300 cars due across this Friday but couldn't confirm mine was part of this shipment, she said to chase her at the end of the week.

Just to throw a spanner in the works the woman dealing with my order at my local dealer is away from 16th June til the 25th. I've got to go in on Wednesday to pay for the car etc so hopefully there'll be somebody else who can sort the delivery for me while she's off. I don't hold much hope of this though judging from past experience with this dealership.
