UK Mustang delivery

The frustrating thing is that the shipping company used to get the cars from Zeebrugge to Southampton, UECC, is 50% owned by Wallenius Willhemsen. It's a fair bet that WW manage the whole process including the undersealing either themselves or through UECC so why they can't provide a decent logistical service is a bit of a mystery

I am not blaming Karen & Stacey, I believe they are doing a great job with what seems like one hand tied behind there backs.
Its the systems in place do not seem to be up to the job.
I run my own business which wouldn't last five minutes if was unable to provide customers with the information that they require.

Cost probably, also maybe down to schedules with ford when they arrive in Southampton, if you were to flood Southampton docks it may cost more to hold them there, cost more to move them.

There's more logistics going on behind the scenes than we'd beg to know. My actual profession involves me doing a lot of this kind of stuff should businesses require it - I'd be interested to get in and dig on the Mustang process and try and make it leaner (Payment in GT350R, Cash, or Unlimited Mustangs... your call Andy ;) )

If it's not this ship, it'll be on the one early next week at a guess - wouldn't get too hacked off, Zeebrugge is infamously 'slow' we've had some people trapped there for upwards of a month... apparently cars get 'lost' :shrug:

Thought I would just send you a quick email, it appears no mustangs have been loaded onto this week’s auto star, however next weekend a large number of Mustangs and Edges will be being shipped.

A total of 1300 vehicles!

We will confirmation mid to end of next week of the vehicles which have been booked onto the AutoStar.

Not what we wanted by any means but at least we know something
