Turns out the issue was the people who fitted my dashcam bent a fuse in the fusebox to get the bridge to fit....

Ok...this will teach me....they've found the error. They guys who fitted my dashcam bent a fuse getting the bridge in dohhh rocket coming their way.

It's at dealers now who are scratching their heads as the error can't be replicated...typical Case open with ford technical. In the meantime ford assist have given me a rental car....1.0 eco-boost focus.,.,lovely

Home at last! Ford assist customer service getting a bashing tomorrow as well as dealer!

Oh and first guy said car was fine - broke down 1 mile down the road by which time he's disappeared so in total it's been 3.5 hours

Well waited 1.5 hours for recovery only to find out he only take me tons safe place now got to wait 1.5 hours more to see if they can fix it...

...and what a bunch of useless individuals they are...
