The only issue I've had with my fore system is the shitty fuse they send. It must have gotten loose and was arcing and got so hot that it melted the plastic case and was cutting in/out. I installed a 100amp circuit breaker. I've haven't had any issues with my two 274's. I run them full time. Making over 1k whp. I also don't let the fuel tank get too much below 40%. I've had it to almost empty and they still pick up fuel for dailing driving.

You put in a 100amp circuit breaker on, how many amp fuse was there before?

I think it was 60amp. I don't remember but I think 100 is what I came across. If the pump shorts it will blow it no matter. It's mostly for accident anyhow. Cuts power right off the battery.

Will it blow before your tank does is the question

Haha. Who knows. Here is what the old fuse looked like. I don't have any pictures in my phone of the circuit breaker. It's nice though. Sometimes I flip the switch off if I park someone I think might be sketchy. Nice backup anti theft.

If it shorts, sure, but if it gets hot enough to blow a 60amp, it doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be hot enough to blow the 100amp. Just something to think about.

The wiring for the Arcane fuel system has a 25amp fuse for each 274 pump. I blew one fuse and still not sure why. I cleaned up and modified my ground connections, changed out both fuses for new and everything has been fine since. Few hundred miles on the car since and one track event later, no sign of trouble but I'm keep an eye on them.

The TI/walbro pumps are notoriously inconsistent. I've seen some fail in a few months and some last a few years. The 274 seem to have the most failures however I think it's just because it's the most popular one used in these cars.

Interesting though online you hear everyone bashing Dw400s, the pump made by Bosch. I have personally never seen one fail yet though unless improperly installed.

We’ve been blasting 21-22 volts through dw400’s for some time now. So far so good. And the output is really strong too.

Is a DW400 the same physical size as the Walbro pumps? I had DW400's in my Shelby but I don't remember if they were the same size as these Ti274's.

I'm not sure. The DW400 is fatter than the stock pump but fits in the stock bucket with modifications.

They are not the same size.

According to Radium's website, their bucketed hat for the Ti274s also fits DW400s.

Just my experience so far...

I never had an issue with my DW400 that I ran before the fuel system, I did not use a BAP on it though.

Been running two Walbro 465 (267) pumps for over a year now and still fine, no fueling issues, even ran the tank way lower than I wanted a few times, whoops.

That's because their bucket secures the pump with a hose clamp so it can fit multiple pump body sizes.
