Tvs 2300 issues

Need help. 2016 roush tvs with mbrp 3 race exhaust roush tuned. Car made 580rwhp on mustang dyno but is only trapping 121mph. The best time so far is a 11.8 @ 121. I feel like I am losing boost in second gear when I power shift. Also the car has 373 gears which isn't great since I have to shift into 5th. What now?

Is traction control on or off during your run? If it's on, that is most likely your problem. Car is detecting wheel spin during your gear change and pulling back the reins until it all recovers.

Traction is off, as is active. I hold down the traction button and turn everything off.

Manual transmission requires a slick, not a drag radial. Plus clutch protection could still be kicking in. The Roush tune is known to be a dog also. Lots of problems need to be addressed.

yeah it is killing you. even over a full second. if you think .3 you are crazy. i picked up a .7 with just drag radials. and since youre losing that much your mph is dying because of it.
