Unless I've miss something here, which wouldn't be hard to do with all of the information floating around and very little acturate info from FORD.

1. You can't get 3.55's with PP, only 3.73's.

2. You can't get 20" wheels with PP.

PP = 19" wheels and 3.73's.

Mostly correct. You can get 3.55's w/ the ecoboost PP

Line lock might slow your rotation though because both front tires are locked. I'm sure you could get the car around but I'd bet just spinning the tires would get the job done and likely quicker.
Yea, you're right. I guess line lock will just be totally useless to me.

I'm better off giving it some good rev's and dropping the clutch quick while adding a small weight transfer via the steering then increasing the throttle to promote rotation.

0 toe on all 4 corners will assist as well.

18'' wheels and 19'' wheels have different widths, but they determine same turning radius?

Someone care to explain?

More factors are involved. The backspace on the wheels and/or brake and suspension component differences can have an effect also. Sometimes the angle that the wheels can be turned has to be limited to make sure components don't collide such as the inside of the tire rubbing the fender lining.

Probably why 18" and 19" on cars without the PP pack have the same radius. PP pack may alter something that causes interference when wheels are turned the same angle so an artificial stop has to be put. That stop increases the radius a little more.

Understood.

That said, narrower wheels should have more wiggle room at the optimal set-up (or no?). Whether it is worth the trouble chasing that potentially smaller turning radius is another matter for the engineers.

Guy's...calm down! 2015 BMW M4 curb to curb turning radius is 40ft.

It is what it is. Stop picking it apart.

I'm coming from a GTI with a 35ft turning circle. My truck has a 43 ft turning circle. My mustang will be almost as bad as my truck...that is crazy my friend.

Is that your parallel parking procedure? :D

Why is the turn radius on a GT PP so terrible?

I see that the turn radius on the new S550 is 37.8 with 18 and 19 inch wheels, which isn't great, BUT the GT with the PP is 40ft? What makes it over 2ft worse with the Performance Pack?

I don't know what Ford has done.

I can tell you that it is common to fit steering stops to the rack on road race cars and when fitting really large front tires. You don't need much lock on a race course or autocross track. The only time I ever hit lock is in parking lots and I can work with 40 feet.
