I don’t have any defoulers or anything on, which I’m thinking could be the problem. But on my laptop it does say I get a OL - Fault code for the fuel section and I don’t get any readings there/O2 section. Any help would be amazing, thank you!

Looks like you have a broken wire or corroded connections in the O2 plugs.

Thats where I'd start looking anyway.

Defoulers only affects downstream sensors (bank 1 & 2, sensor 2). They have nothing to do with the upstream sensors. The upstream sensors are what affect the fuel trims, the downstream sensors are simply to measure how efficient the cats are. The codes you have for the O2s seem to indicate an electrical connector or wiring issue.
I don't have a clue on the transmission code.
