Not to come off as a smart a*s, but I see a lot of guys running around with super chargers and not running drag tires, so in essence they are just spinning their wheels all the time, even on a roll?
That's what a streetable DR like the 555rii is for. Can put down power but still handle dd duties like rain etc.

Thats cute. But you would have been a tiny spec in the rear view mirror of my 9 second Paxton car. The tuned guys tend to get carried away with this arguement. A roush car has to deal with warrantys. Tuners don't. If you're going to forfeit your warranty. Go big! And run 8s or 9s not 11s.
This is true.
I’m going all motor to start with to get the most out of it for what I can afford now, then going with a centri.

Are you installing the gears yourself?
mind making a walkthrough? I have been wanting to do this because I want 3.31 gears but also wanna keep the torsen diff and there is no info out there on how to do it.
I got all the info I needed from WD Pro. Hit him up.
Would you guys mind posting this publicly? I'm sure many including muyself would find this helpful.

It’s a large PDF (I think about 100 pages).

If anyone wants it just OM me your email and I will send you a copy :like:

I did find it from a link on this forum, but I can’t find it again now ... :cwl:

Cheers,

kind of a dumb question... that's like asking... what to buy... a honda civic sport or Mclaren 720s performance

$500-800 (tune and device) right now... or $5k-8k supercharger right now??? spend the fucking $500-800, if you want more power, then expend the extra money... you can use your tuning device on both scenarios anyway....

a more logical question should be supercharger or twin turbos? If you can't decide between an e85 tune or a supercharger, just get both lol... you still have to tune for the supercharger...

For those who have installed a E85 tune, did you install headers as well? My car would need to pass the emissions test here in PA (not a sniffer test)

Yeah umm there's nothing better than your NA S500 handing a 2010 Roush 427R Mustang it's ass. Twice times, then 1 more time after that.
A 2010 427R is nothing to compare to a supercharged Coyote. The 427R performs similar to a stock Coyote.

I think I am just gonna grab the Lund Ngauge and be done with it. Car has traction issues as is and already hauls tail lol.
I love the Ngauge. It has a lot of functionality and it looks almost like it came with the car from the factory mounted in the dash vent.

Good Point!
ejm, I'd try the e85 tune first. Then upgrade to a blower once you want more power.

I was contemplating going FI but after the converter install there is no need. Car is plenty fast for the street.

Trying to find a shop that'll even deal with a modded car in this area is brutal. But I've heard there is still a few shops in philly. That will just let you buy a inspection sticker for a few 100 bucks.

Point being is that you don't need to go FI with a coyote to beat other FI vehicles.

No you don't especially with the A10. Just watched a FBO A10 beat a stock new gen ZL1. of course if the Zl1 wasn't stock it wouldn't be close.

"stock" is always a hard discussion when talking a N/A vehicle vs a vehicle that comes with a supercharger "stock" lol. i get the whole "it came that way from the factory" yada yada..and that yes..by all intents and purposes it is "stock"...but even if someone else (the factory) put a supercharger on the car for you..i dont consider it stock. lol

FBO N/A 5.0 v8 keeping up with a 6.2 supercharged v8 is impressive.
