Trying to go quieter

Hey guys,

My exhaust setup has been nice for the past year or so but it is very loud and personally wanting to bring down the volume just a little. I have BBK long tube headers,off road connection pipes (Catless), X-pipes, roush axleback exhaust. What is y’all’s recommendation on modifying the exhaust to get it just a tad bit quieter?

If you put the stock GT resonator back on that will help a lot.

Damn, that has to be loud as **** no wonder you want to tone it down. I had a Roush cat-back on my '19 GT, and while I liked it, in the end I decided it was just too loud for my taste. I went back to the OEM exhaust right before I sold that car, and the Roush cat-back is sitting in my garage (I should probably sell that). I have no plans to modify my GT350 exhaust.

As for your question, maybe consider adding in some bottle resonators somewhere on your mid pipes and/or switching the axle-back to something a little more tame. Those Roush mufflers don't do much muffling lol.
