TRANSMISSION CODES {ANY HELP}

Car won’t start, the only way I can get it to start is if I do a bypass on the starter relay. When started, got some codes, also the car will not go into R or D.

That looks to be a lot of things that come from the same wiring harness that runs along the passenger side under the starter... by the passenger side of the oil pan. Is it possible the harness is damaged or connectors unplugged?
