Got mine today and put it in. Drove about 30 miles and shifts are getting smoother and smoother... Great stuff so far!!!

I'm guessing the BG SyncroShift already has this stuff in it. I mixed it with my RP and love what I got! Cold shifting goodness and creamier shifts when warm.

John
I'm curious to know this, too. Does the SyncroShift already have the additive? Or can they be combined?

It's magic stuff! I get the smooth, slick shifting feel of the BG with the cold shifting performance of the RP.

RP+MGC=:headbang:

I like!!!

I'm happy it worked out for you John, it is not in the SyncroShift II. It is a separate additive package that we brought on due to a small percentage of Customers who did not see the results with BG SSII as others have. Again it appears to be a small percentage of MT82's just do not want to shift even with SSII. We had been discussing the issues with BG and we were on the fence if it would help or not. We now know thanks to you that it does help, so thank you very much.

We try not sell or push products that do not work for the sake of the sale, it is why we held off on this product until we had tested it and your experience confirms what we found.

I think if you switch back to SSII with the additive it will perform better at all temperatures. RP while a good oil tends to break down once it gets hot. Our track Customers told us that the transmission would have more gear noise after a few events and when they switched to BG it holds up to the track use (heat) much better. Let us know when you are ready to change it again, we would love to have you try it again.
