The GT350 Owner's Supplement lists XT-10-QLVC as the trans lube. I actually use XT-11-QDC in mine, but that's because I'm bending the rules. QDC shifts better and runs cooler than the LV ATF that's spec'd. I get all my fluids from the dealer's parts department. That way I know it's genuine and the pricing is actually quite competitive. That said, ATF is way cheaper than QDC.You've used Motorcraft XT-10-QLVC (Mercon LV) several exchanges already? Where do you purchase yours? I'm in rockauto and the search doesn't come up for the GT350. It does appear in the mustang category but typically if it used in the 350 it would be listed.
Thanks for the response, I added more information earlier prior to your post. See above. Still, very great information you've shared so thank you.OP, what year & package do you have? 2016 tech packs didn't have tranny or diff coolers and would require less fluids.
If you have a '16 track pack or 17+
Get 3liters of tranny fluid & 2liters of diff fluid. Both systems hold more fluid but it is hard to drain each system entirely during maintenance.
Motul is the same price as Motorcraft (OEM)

Below is a link to the GT350 supplement manual, pages 48-51 define the fluid & quantities for the diff & tranny

The quantities in the manuals are a guide, but they're not definitive. What's definitive is in the Service Manual. First, when filling both the transmission and the diff, the car has to be level. Then, to fill the transmission, add fluid through the fill port until fluid starts to come back out of the fill port. On my 2016 track pack, that's about 2.7 quarts but it's not necessarily the same every time. For the differential, it's to be filled until there's fluid within 9mm of the bottom of the fill hole. On my car, when I drain it by unhooking the lower cooler fitting, it takes a total of 56 ounces of fluid, including the XL3, to fill it that far.Based on the data that I found,

Does anyone know why 2019 differential required .02 fl oz less than the 2016-2018 models? Did they just decide it was a good idea to include a little less? Typo? Figured I'd ask.
Does anybody worry about stressing the diff cooler pump with higher viscosity 7w-140 gear oil?Amsoil 75w-140 severe gear I just pulled out did very well in 100* degree heat with slicks. I'm impressed..
