So those ramps are 15+ years old. I made them for loading my riding lawn mower into my pickup. They are just 2'x8' planks with a "ramp kit" attached. The ramp kit comes with aluminum tip/heel attachments, and the rubber grips. I used them here to just lessen the angle of approach.Your son did a fine job. Just like the Boss a 1" piece of lumber under those front tires will lift it high enough to clear. I'm very curious about those custom ramps you made. Can you PM me a picture and how you built them?
As a side note - classic how the truck and car match in color. Nicely done. Also completely classic that you took it home in a snow storm. My buddy brought his GT500 home last year, trailered, in a snow storm (I helped) and I gave him crap about it for months
Funny story about the Raptor.... I went to the dealer one Friday night to do the paperwork on the GT500, as it was "supposed" to deliver to the dealership that day. Well, it didn't so I bought the 2020 Ford Performance Blue Raptor that night. It was a "Baller" moment haha. I ended up trading it in 5 months later for a Limited F150 because it wouldn't tow my newly acquired enclosed trailer very well.
