Will a Ford Mustang last the rest of your life?? That sounds like a job for a Toyota.
There's no reason this car shouldn't last 300,000 miles with proper maintenance and care.

Just joking! I am going to keep my car at least for a LONG time unless something really amazing comes out.
Some of us got the joke. I had a good chuckle at that line...

Hell given how cheap parts are it should last forever. Throw in a new trans, throw in a new motor, etc... Still cheaper than buying a new car.

There's no way I'd give up that pony-in-the-corral on my front grille. The 50th pkg is what made me buy now. The car I traded in for the Mustang was only 18 months old.

I did own a 1967 model back in the 80's with the turn signals in the hood. It was loaded with options from the factory - a really cool car with Pony interior, overhead console, full floor console, wooden swing-away steering wheel.......289 hi-po!!!! That was a fun car.

So the 2016 with the turn signals in the hood kind of stings a little......but not enough to give up my 50th package!

I voted yes, but I'm only doing it if I end up able to purchase a GT350 in 2016. I wouldn't trade for another GT.

A Toyota certainly would last the rest of my life....because I'd blow my friggin brains in 3 hours after I've realized I bought a Toyota...

I initially thought this was a trade your 2015 gt for a 2016 gt350 thread. I could see some very impatient and wealthy individuals taking that route. Trading a GT for virtually the same GT is laughable. Even if I had a bone stock base GT and wanted PP premium, I wouldn't waste the money. I'd just ride it out.

How many of you current 2015 owners will be trading in / selling your '15 and purchasing a 2016?
buying cars is not supposed to be like cycling through cellphones these days...

I was thinking briefly of picking up a 2015 5.0 when the 16s roll out deeply discounted and sell my ecoboost but I've put too much money into it to make it what I want power/MPGs wise so nah I'm keeping this car, only way I would get rid of this car is if some awesome new must-have model comes out.

not trading it in... until maybe the future... maybe shelby or something along those lines... no point for a few added extra's... I may just keep my 2015 since it's the anniversary year... and eventually getting a 03/04 Termi for some extreme fun :headbang:

I'm waiting for powertrain improvements. Until then, I see no reason to trade.
