It says this at the bottom of that ad.
Price listed for this vehicle is after all incentives and rebates and dealer discounts. Price does not include title, taxes, tags, freight fee of $795 up to $1495 and $499 dealer processing fee.
I'd be really impressed if someone actually got this price. I think most dealers do this to get someone in the door then it's like, "oh sorry, you don't qualify for this, this and this". And suddenly you're a couple grand more. With that said, I'm hoping to get somewhere around $28.5k-$29k before rebate and TTL. Invoice on a base GT is $30,437 (including DD) so if I can get $1k-1.5k below invoice I'd be happy.

And his 5.0 is actually his wife's :D
Correct. Pretty nice car for the princess to run errands in. My toy is a little faster. But My name is on the title of the 15 also.;)

And he's the one stirring the pot. That post was completely not needed. This thread was devoid of the gt Eb bs for the most part.
LOL Your right. TThis thread was devoid of the usual 4 banger vs V8 BS! But as usual the negative sh!t gets started by some kids in their 20s. Show me in my first statement where Me "The almighty 5.0" owner said anything negative. Lets see you or any of the usual EB suspects spin my first post.

There's no inferiority complex here my friend, nor will I turn this into a dick swinging party. Apparently you don't even own your car so I don't know what your argument here is plus I come from a full bolt-on "almighty 5.0" so I know how both engines act and where I'm at with my EB is pretty impressive while getting great gas which was my first priority. Never had a ticket, never will because I don't race on the streets like a retard plus both my stangs are sexy as fuck regardless of what's under the hood :clap2: All at 23 without mommy or daddy's help.

I didn't ask you to post pictures of mustangs. I also didn't ask your age? Most children own their own car by the time they are 23. Again you sound impressed with yourself! Is anyone supposed to be impressed that you own a car five years after you graduated high school?? If not then why even mention your age? I asked you what's so damn special about your 4 banger that you'd type this? if you drove my EB then a stock 5.0 you would be far from thinking "it feels much more alive" So I'll ask again. What is it that your SOOOO impressed with about your 4 banger?

You're still taking a decent financial hit. Personally I would rather spend that money on other things. You'll always want faster. Not sure if you're stock now but if so I can see why the GT would feel amazing. To me it wasn't as impressive as I thought it'd be. If a few grand isn't going to stop you from taking vacations and paying a mortgage then I don't see why not
the difference between the eco and gt is not that big if the larger payment will keep you from paying your mortgage or vacation then you should not be buying either lol my .02 cents no one should be house poor or car poor

Dude, my name is Danny and I also traded up from the '14 V6. Woooooah, woaaaah, woooooah. :eyebulge:
haha thats awesome how did you like the difference in power and quality im still in shock something about the 14 didint give me that warm fuzzy feeling you know the one that makes you wanna spend hours looking or cleaning your car lol

i owned my 2010 when i was 19 wut wut and my 2015 5.0 at 24 and the the almighty 5.0 did not stir this pot simply made a comment based on the fact that a lot of the eco owners do talk down on the 5.0 when ultimately while it might not be the right choice for everyone it is the more performance aimed vehicle the ecos are fast but to say they are faster than a 5.0 with only minor bolt ons i.e tune, intake ,exhaust is well a little far fetched you might even get it to 60 faster if that but up top the 5.0 will pull like a freight train at the end of the day doesnt matter if you bought the v6 the 4cy or the v8 they are all great cars

age does seem to correlate with the EB chest thumping.

Once again, the V6 vs. EB vs. GT bashing/fighting needs to stop or this thread will be removed like all the others and certain members will be warned of the rules.

I mean it's not like anybody's been forced into buying any engine... So let's enjoy our own choices/decisions, and just accept and respect that others might do the same about theirs...
When it's meant in a funny way it's ok, when it's meant to be demeaning it's just dumb, and getting really old !

this is one of the only forums ive been on where there is this much bashing and it mainly between the 5.0 and eco because the cyclone guys dont bash on anyone if you ask me it seems like its eco are better than both the 5.0 and the v6 and a maybe a few 5.0 that say f-you all were the kings of this vow down to our iron cocks and the v6 guys are just like hey guys chill with heat and the eco guys are like oh you got a 5.0 well we make 130 hp per liter while you guys only make 80 are you guys compensating and oh you got a v6 hows it like to be gay again this is just a friendly joke on my take on this whole little engine wars we got going on

Agree. Although there is the peer pressure. Also, I'd like to add that comparing a modded EB performance to a stock GT doesn't really make sense to me. If a stock GT guy has any concern about getting beat by a modded EB, buy a tuner and a couple bolt-ons. Yes, it's amazing the EB has so much potential but so do all motors if modded.

Once you start modding all bets are off! He who spends the most wins. Regardless of engine size. But In my opinion The bigger engine will usually hold up longer and be more reliable. I went the hopped up 4 banger route with a SRT-4 and the car was always breaking something. Usually drive train related. Clutch, Transmission, input shaft, axles. Awesome little car and I loved it but it broke parts a lot! I now use a 363 powered 95GT as my weapon of choice at the drag strip and it's bullet proof. Much like the Coyote!

But that was because it was a dodge...Joking!

I completely agree. Modding is a game changer!

Well Bluebeast there is an air of elitism with some of the gt folks. The "almighty v8"I took as sarcasm. You got real defensive and spun it into something it wasn't imo. I've owned and modded v8's 6's and 4's.theyve all got potential. The constant bickering and elitism comments both ways are real old.I however see it instigated differently than some of you. I will say I Chose eb over the gt because to me it was more fun and different than a v8 run of the mill mustang.Iam 36 fwiw.Eco's not just a young buyers car,and yes I could've easily afforded a gt had I wanted one... Just to clear the usual assumptions;)
